Ramachandran Jayachandran is the CEO and Founder of R-Logics Solutions, bringing over 25 years of enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and data centre engineering experience.
R-Logics was born from Ram’s journey as an individual contractor, where his strength in logical reasoning, precise architecture, and meticulous problem-solving shaped a clear vision: to build technology solutions that are robust, secure, scalable, and commercially meaningful.
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect and Chief AI Architect, Ram has led complex transformation programmes across telecoms, banking, legal, retail, automotive, and regulated sectors. His work spans AI platforms, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, zero-trust architecture, data centre design, DevSecOps, and enterprise modernisation.
Today, Ram leads R-Logics with a strong focus on engineering excellence, trusted delivery, and measurable business outcomes. His leadership ensures that every solution is built with structure, resilience, security, and long-term value at its core.

Mrinalini Manoharan is the Chief Financial Officer of R-Logics Solutions, bringing over 16 years of experience across financial services, governance, operations, and enterprise delivery.
With experience across EY, RBS, and regulated financial services environments, she brings strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery control. At R-Logics, Mrinalini plays a central role in strengthening financial discipline, governance frameworks, and operational accountability, ensuring that the company’s growth is structured, controlled, and aligned to long-term business value.

Louis Worrell is the Chief Technology Officer at R-Logics Solutions, bringing over 25 years of experience in network engineering, cybersecurity, data centre modernisation, and resilient enterprise infrastructure.
He has worked across enterprise, service provider, and vendor environments, including senior technology roles with Vodafone and Cable & Wireless. His expertise covers secure network architecture, LAN/WAN, DMZ, cloud perimeter, hybrid environments, data centre strategy, network automation, traffic monitoring, and adaptive cyber resilience.

With proven experience leading AI teams and delivering high-volume production systems, Pravin focuses on building secure, reliable, and commercially valuable AI solutions. At R-Logics, he leads AI engineering from the India delivery centre, supporting global clients with intelligent automation, AI agents, document intelligence, and next-generation enterprise AI platforms.
